GenClone polycarbonate (PC) tissue culture plate inserts are available for 6, 12, and 24-well plates in 1, 3, or 8μm pore size. Each semitransparent PC membrane has been TC treated for optimal cell attachment and will resist most fixing and staining agents. All inserts are supplied with a TC treated multi-well plate and lid in a durable paper/plastic hermetically sealed pouch. Each well is labeled with easy to read alphanumeric markings and features a raised rim that nests into molded condensation rings on the single position lid to reduce evaporation and prevent cross contamination between wells. Plates feature serrated edges for easy handling and an exterior stacking ring on the lid for added stability and ease of interlocking stacked plates. Plates are lot number traceable, sterilized by gamma irradiation and certified RNase, DNase and Pyrogen Free.
