Prometheus™ Protein L is an immunoglobulin binding protein isolated from bacteria that provides a convenient way to separate IgG, IgM, IgA and IgD containing kappa light chains from various species without interfering with the antigen binding site. It is also suitable for binding a wide range of antibody fragments (Fabs, scFv and Dabs).
