Apex Red Taq DNA Polymerase is an identical formulation of our standard Apex Taq DNA Polymerase that also contains an inert, non-toxic and nonhazardous red dye that allows for direct loading onto the agarose gel without the need for loading buffer. The robust nature of this enzyme means that it can be used with little optimization and will produce consistent results with minimal backgrounds. Apex Red Taq is free from all non-specific endonucleases, nickases and exonucleases.
Kit includes 10000 units of Apex Red Taq DNA Polymerase at a concentration of 1 unit/ul for convenient, easy pipetting, 10X NH4-based PCR reaction buffer, which provides optimal conditions for the enzymes and a separate solution of 50mM MgCl2 for optimization.
